Dussehra is an important festival of Bhagvat Dharma(Hindu). Dussehra is celebrated all over India. All the Indians get excited for the Dussehra because this is one of India's most loved festivals.

The word Dussehra is a variant of daśaharā (दशहरा), which is a Sanskrit compound word composed of daśama (दशम, 'tenth') and ahar (अहर्, 'day'). Suppose you are exploring India during October / November. It is a blessing for those who want to explore India at its best. Dussehra is a well-known festival in India, celebrated after nine sacred nights of "Sharad Navratri." After Navratri, on the 10th day, it is Dussehra, which is likewise recognized as "Vijayadashami." This festival is a victory of good over evil. On this day, Lord Shri Rama, the 7th incarnation of Lord Vishnu, killed the 10-headed demon Ravana, and Goddess Durga killed the buffalo demon Mahishashur. People from each part of India enjoy Dussehra with splendid enthusiasm. The Hindu festival "Dussehra" is an auspicious day for the Indians. Why we celebrate Dussehra

The Dashami festival is a symbol of love and bravery. This festival symbolizes the victory of good over evil, Shri Ram vs. Ravan in Ramayan. The evil god Ravana disguised himself as a monk and came into Shri Rama's hut to kidnap Sita maa. He kidnapped Mata Sita and took her along with him to Lanka. With the help of lord Lakshaman and lord Hanuman with his army of monkeys, Shri Ram decided to go to Lanka and fight to rescue Sita Mata from Ravana. Lord Ram reached Lanka and fought with Ravana and won the battle. This day is celebrated by the people called Dussehra.
